Kivra is a free of charge digital postal service, that gathers all your important documents in one secure and easy to use app. You can receive contracts, pay slips, event tickets, invoices and other digital mail to Kivra from over 40 000 companies and public organisations in Finland. On top of this, you can download your own documents to Kivra. Downloading and using Kivra is free of charge.

I kind of didnt consent to this. And now have to use this app.. I have caruna's electrycity and after buying tickets to a consert, my billing automatically transferred from paper to kivra. Now I dont know when my bills are paid or not.. thanks Edit: And being climate friendly is great! But forcing to use random app and not suggesting for example e-invoicing is that makes me upset.

Kivra is an overall digital mail service, the idea is to transfer paper documents into climate friendly and secure digital mail, that is the core of our service. Paying a simple water bill requires authenticaton through the bank TWICE and also some code from SMS. The first time I payed it, the software reseted somehow to home screen and I didn't know whether the payment went through or not. Turns out it didn't, so in total, I had to log into my bank __4 times__ to pay 1 bill.

The authentication can vary between different banks, sometimes a larger payment amount can require an extra code, such as one with an SMS. We hope that our service is otherwise convenient for you. Didn't pick Resurs Bank invoice to invoices folder. Didn't provide any payment link or automation. Why do I need an extra app to open a pdf? Useless junk.

Hi, some of the invoices Resurs sends to Kivra are sent in as letters instead of being sent as payable invoices. Those invoices sent as letters have two payment options. Majority of Resurs invoices are sent as invoices and you can pay them directly from Kivra. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by these non-payable invoices. Maija from Kivra
What's new
We've improved the service and introduced two completely new features. We fixed bugs related to payments and login, and enhanced security for opening links within the app. The new payment feature allows users to pay invoices on selected dates and schedule payments for the invoice due date. Additionally, we've added a new search function, enabling users to search text inside PDF files.
